It is like we have not stopped playing hockey and here we are already making plans to start registration for another season.

I would like first to take this opportunity to thank our board, coaches and the many volunteers that work diligently to insure that your child’s experience in Nelson Minor hockey is a safe and rewarding one.

This is my first year as President and I am accessible to anyone that wants to share their views and discuss how collectively we can make our association the shining example by which all other associations strive to imitate.

I invite you all to be active and support your respective team, respect your child’s team mates, coaches and team officials, on ice officials and opposition alike and make our 2009/2010 season a season to remember for all of the right reasons.

Join me and our board in welcoming new and returning players for a fun filled year; I look forward to working with you all this upcoming season and the challenges that each year brings.
