Bingo has been a successful fundraiser run by Minor Hockey, at the Eagles Bingo Hall on Baker Street, each Tuesday throughout the year. Last year we raised over $11,000 and this money went towards keeping the registration fees down. We are required to have 2 or 3 workers per week from 5:20 - 9:30 PM.

Last season, we initiated a program where each registrant had the option to work the Bingo shift or pay an additional $100 at the time of registration. Remember why you are volunteering… for your children.

Each team will have four team officials who are declared exempt from working bingo. These exemptions will be determined by Division Directors after October 15, so we still require that everyone fills out the bingo area on the form at the time of registration. This program was very successful and will continue once again this year.

**Cancellations of your bingo shift will not be accepted on the day of your assigned shift. It is therefore your responsibility to find a replacement for yourself on a shift day should you no longer be available. Just cashing your cheque is not an option. Bingo has been cancelled without volunteers to help run it. If you have outstanding Bingo fees, you will be required to pay them at the time of registration.

If your answer was YES, we need a post dated cheque for March 30, 2008 for $100, which will be returned upon completion of your shift.

If your answer was NO, please add $100 to the registration fees.

*If you want to work EXTRA shifts you will receive $100 upon completion of shift.

You will be contacted when your shift has been determined. Please choose your first, second and third dates for volunteering on the Bingo form. Please check here for your bingo shift date(s). There will be no more reminder phone calls.

You must be 19 years of age or older to work at a bingo.

Upon completion of your bingo shift, your cheque then gets shredded.
